George Sunderland
President
George started cleaning the office at 11 years old and never left. When his parents passed away in 1998 he took over the family business and has been a pillar in the industry since. In his free time, George enjoys traveling with his wife, Loretta, and spending time with his grandchildren in the mountains. He also adores animals, especially his two dogs Quincy and Bella.
Phillip Sunderland
Vice President
Like his father George, Phillip started cleaning the office at an early age. While he had other jobs in the meantime, Phillip came to work full time at the agency in 2006. As a seasoned insurance professional, he is a leader when it comes to industry knowledge. Phillip enjoys practicing Jiu Jitsu and camping with his family when he has free time and can often be found working out in his yard.
Natalie Sunderland-Passantino
Bookkeeper
Natalie has also been working for the family agency for many years. She too started off cleaning the office, along with her brother, Phillip. When her grandmother passed away, she quickly assumed the accounting responsibilities and hasn’t looked back since. In her free time Natalie loves playing with her two sons and hanging out with her family at the lake or hiking in the mountains. She is known for her love of others, especially animals.
Ivy Sunderland
Director of Operations
Ivy started working at the agency part-time as she finished her degree in 2008. She took a brief break from the agency to focus on raising her children and came back to the office in 2015. Working alongside her husband, Phillip, Ivy has gone through the ranks to become a staple for the business. In her free time Ivy enjoys riding horses, running, and planning trips with her family.
Susan Stanton
Account Manager- Commercial Lines
Susan is our most seasoned employee, being with the agency for over 20 years. She began working reception and moved from there to Personal Lines then on to Commercial Lines where she remains today. She is known for her excellent customer service and works tirelessly to ensure the job is done right. In her free time, Susan enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and many friends.
Alysia Trujillo
Account Manager- Personal Lines
Alysia has also been with our agency since July 2021. She has quickly become a significant part of our team as our Personal Lines Account Manager. She has a thorough understanding of the industry and can always be counted on for a smile. In her free time Alysia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and catching up on the latest movie releases.
